Cell spacing

I've searched, but I cannot find out if cell spacing is an issue. Can someone tell me if there is a minimum space allowed between the solar cells on the panel? I am using 6x6 with a glass area of 55.25 inches, so that puts them really close together, the other direction is fine.

    None at all other then potential electrical shorts from them touching.

    There is some consideration for thermal expansion on the tabbing between cells. Putting a little 'S' slack is good to avoid stressing connection to cell surface.
