EMT conduit attach to Unirac rails

We run 3 ft EMT conduit from DC Disconnect to to unirac frames we attach emt pipe to frame with single strap using metal screw, inspector doesn't like our emt to be in contact with aluminum frame. Inside the emt we have 2 use no 10 wire and one #10 cooper solid wire. You meet this issue before ?

    Yes, I feel your pain. Our general strategy is to just do whatever the inspector wants (Ya, masser) and after awhile they get to know you and lay off with all the stupid stuff.
