morningstar 45 amp mppt

Hi
I have 2 x morngstar 45amp mppt controllers installed with
1st controler 3 x 155W 24v 43.4voc
2nd cont 3 x175w 24v panels

batteries 12v 600 amp 2 v GNB ABSOLYTE

Everything has been running fine for a month until I started getting a LED Fault code on the 2nd controller
3 x175w 24v panels
FLASHING G/R
Y SOLID

The voltage on the displays does not seem high
Battery 12.3v
55watts
Any help and advice would be very much appreciated

    According to the manual, page 41, a G+Y to Y+R means either the BTS has been removed or faulted or the remote battery sense has been removed or faulted

    I would check your wire where they are secured in the controller ( terminal blocks )

    You have to power cycle the controller to reset the fault

    im not sure it the bts or bvs but i will check wiring and try disconnecting both and switching the power off resetting & restarting the controller :confused:

    I have removed both sensors but still im getting the same fault
    What do you mean by power cycle?

    I have also noticed that on the controller thats working correctly i get 12.5v battery volts, but on the faulty controller its showing 55v battery voltage i have tried resetting, turning the power off (battery & pv) but with no luck.
    I have checked the battery voltage at the batteries and i get the same reading as the correctly operating controller gives 12.5.

    Any help would be appreciated
