Holding Plate Refrigeration

Bill (just some guy I think) and I had a discussion of holding plate refrigeration on sailboats a ways back.
This is one of the things I used when I built my system that ran for an hour a day or so. Nice to see that GE is going this way.

Huh ? Article I saw talked about vacuum insulated panels, not phase change cold plates ?
