Off Grid Generac

I have an off grid cabin with a Generac 7kw Model 43893 trying to power the cabin. I don’t have the inside transfer switch. The generator will start but not supply power to the panel. I’m thinking there should be a jumper I should be able to use to get the generator to supply power? I have a solar panel connected to the generator battery to keep it charged, which appears to be working fine. Any tips, tricks or suggestions would be appreciated.
