F3 error won't stop with float

My Cu200 will not stop pumping even when the float tells it not to pump. Any ideas. I Normally use solar but ac is same condition.

    It's probably the switch. Disconnect it and see if the pump stops.
    Off Grid. Two systems: 1) 2925w panels, OB VFXR3648, FM80, FNDC, Victron BMV-712, Mate3s, 240 xformer, four SimpliPHI 3.8; 2) 780w, Morningstar 30a, Grundfos switch, controller and AC/DC pump, 8 T105. Honda EU7000is w/AGS. Champion 3100. HF 4550, Miller Bobcat.

    Yes power off it stops. 

    Solar and or AC
    PUT A NEW CU 200 in and same F3 and pumps with either power

    The CU 200 is a version #06

    The float switch will light up but not turn pump off
