    I have been in sales all my life. One thing increases sales: relationship based on trust. Regardless of the sales managers' need for metrics and forecasts, nothing beats a trusted salesperson WHO KNOWS WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED. And doesn't hound you for your budget and schedule. But those are important qualifiers.

    So Joring99, why the heck are you here? Friggin first time posters. Boy, don't I want to get a call from you? I am the nightmare call for a call center rep. There are professionals and then there are phone reps.
