Solar Panel Causing Headache and Magnetic Pull

Hi I am new here and I was wondering if you can give me some answers. My neighbor installed solar panels two days ago and when I went to ask them they are having headaches. They feel a strong magnetic pull and throbbing in their body. Is that normal??

Does it happen at night ?

Solar PV panels don't generate any magnetic field.  It's "possible" that wires could be routed in some bizarre configuration to create a giant electromagnet, but generally, there is nothing in a average human body that can "feel" a magnetic pull.
