I want to implement a 3-phase off-grid solar inverter and battery backup system that will run a 3hp Air Conditioner and a 2hp data center for 15 hours after power outage per day. I want to use multiple inverters connected together. The electric power scheme for my country is 230V 50Hz. I also prefer a 48 volts systems but I'm open to better suggestions. What components do I need?

What will be running the computers that need the air cond ?

This is going to need a large professional solution, and a solid plan,  not a homeowner rig scaled up.

48 V is not enough , you are looking at about 300VDC to run large inverters.

3hp & 2hp, adding losses and power factor, is going to be 10Kw roughly, plus whatever the computers use and the losses in the power converters for them.

Unless your power goes off only on sunny days, you will need a large diesel generator to run things if it's stormy or wind has damaged your solar panels.

XWP is now in clusters for 3 phase and one cluster of 3 should start a 3 HP motor. Especially if it is a soft start VFD. Some big batteries from Rolls Surrette or similar. Should not be that hard to do this and adding solar would be an option or just use a genset if the grid is not back. Good Luck!
