Square area of an Amphenol H4 connector

I am trying to determine the square area of an Amphenol H4 connector.
Sometimes we use them inside wire ways for wire management.
Trying to determine correct fill calculations for conduit.
Data sheets online can be antiquated and not many actually show the joined total length (male and female connected)
Seems the radius is about 9.65mm or 0.379 inches.
Seems the total length is 3.4" tall, but other sources show a joined length of 2.5.
My calcs are showing a square inch area of 1.5.
I am working remotely and not able to get a pair in my hands.
I really want a conservative estimate that will work for all types MC4, H4, etc...
Any input appreciated.
