Is it possible to build a solar charging station for a 72 v (6 × 12v batteries) and what will i need?

It is possible.
I know the Midnight Solar "Classic" line can charge a 72V bank

 However, it becomes tricky to design an array with enough Vmp to engage the MPPT function, and not exceed the 150v input limit.    If you can live with the slightly reduced DC amps output, you can get the Classic 200 at the same price, and be more flexible with your array configuration.    They have a decent solar PV string sizer
