Just was having problems logging in, and when I went tp clear cookies from
forum.solar-electric.com
I had a couple hundred of them.  Seemed pretty odd and pointless, I can understand a couple to keep track of things, but hundreds ??

    Cookies are the price we pay for being stateful. Maybe having hundreds of them contributed to you being in a too-stateful state? >:)

    A bit strange, they have no name or content, just a path to a thread that has been read (I guess)--They should go away when you close your browser (session cookies).

    In any case, I have asked our support folks for Vanilla why these cookies are staying around. Let you know what they say.
