AC Fridge on Solar

Hi Folks,

I have recently upgraded my rooftop grid-tied solar plant in India from 1000Wp to 2000Wp.
I wish to run my 220 V 400w AC fridge off this plant.
I expect a starting current of 7-8 amps. Will the excess current above solar panel output get drawn from the grid without difficulty ?

Thanks

Ganesh

    Re: AC Fridge on Solar

If your solar inverter is tied to the grid, and the fridge is plugged into an outlet that is grid powered, then you should be fine, if I understand your configuration.
