I had the pleasure of calling Outback's customer assistance line today.

On hold less than 20 seconds, immediately linked up with a helpful and knowledgeable tech who answered my questions in language I could understand without making feel technically undernourished (which I am). This kind of first class service builds solar consumerism and product confidence.

Based on the positive experience, they sure will keep my business.

    I asked one pretty technical question which I didn't expect an immediate answer but they insisted on running the answer down for me while I was on the phone.

    What I like even more about Outback is that I've never had to call them for support. :-) Glad to know that if I need to call them it'll be a pleasant experience.

    Installed 3 OB systems I new 2 quasi new/secondhand seem to Do What They Say On the Tin........but also add X have been good with me also;)
