AC to DC charging question

Greetings All
I just bought a 45 AMP Power Max AC battery charger from our host at Arizona Wind & Sun.
http://www.solar-electric.com/pomax12vo45a.html

I want to keep my batteries charged up during the long overcast days this winter. I read through the instructions and I cant find any information on weather I can use my Power Max charger while my Solar charge controller is connected to my panel and battery. I read through my Charge controller manual and no mention about it as well. I have a Morning Star SunSaver 10 AMP solar charge controller. Do I need to disconnect my Solar Charge controller and Inverter before giving my batteries a charge with the Power Max Charger?

Thanks

    Not a problem.
Both charge sources are regulated (albeit differently) and neither will interfere with the other.
Bulk it up with the Power Max and let the panels do the 'finish charging'.

    Thank you so much Cariboocoot.
You have been a great help. I also took your advice on a previous post and ordered a 100 watt panel for my modest 75 AMP batteries. I am having a blast with learning Solar and learning from this site.
