Looking at your specs, 4@250W panels in parallel? only gives you 30.34Vmp, this is too low, 2 strings of 2 in series would be needed for the MPPT controller on a 24V system.2 · -

There is no triangulation, that is the reason for the flex, incredible rigidity can be achieved using small material, if triangula space frame techniques are employed. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki…1 · -
