Can anyone tell me how deep to place my solar pole 13 ft long aluminum pipe with 8 inch diameter and 1/4 inch thick with attached rack of 2 inch 1/4 thick railng and 6 lg 300 watt solar panels mounted at top with 30 degree angle. Wind speed max of 120 mph wind load for over kill for my Maine camp. Also how much Cement in hole? Sheila
