Came across this in an art group I belong to:

He doesn't give any specs, but you could probably look them up (1986 Vespa Solarmobil).
Probably not very practical!
Found some specs (translated from German - may not be accurate):
480 Watts of panels
30V using 5 6V 190 ah batteries
2- 750 Watt motors (about 2 HP!)
Friction drive "gearing"
Weighs 1040 lbs.

Kind of reminds me of electric cars made in Detroit, Michigan, USA! These guys were making electric vehicles in the early 1900s...
