national private lenders for PV?

We have used our eligibility through a state/utility loan program (MA) for a solar thermal domestic hot water system.

The recent lifting of the $2k cap on PV makes filling the rest of the roof with 2.8kW very nearly doable.

But we need to find a private lender. Preferably one offering low-interest rates for PV and related green projects.

Are there any national lenders out there who offer this kind of thing? I've been googling around to no avail.

Citizens Bank and Union Bank in Vermont both have "Green Lend" programs. You may want to check the USDA site. They may have some links.

EGIA is a good program, but it's meant for contractors to offer their customers. Don't think you can go direct.
