    do you mean what they label it as or what it does? i don't think i've heard of that supposed 400w turbine being much more than about 150w with typical outputs at about 50w if they're working.

    You may have noticed that the latest version is now a "200 watt" unit. They are getting a bit more honest in their ratings, I think.
