Help with Off Grid system

Hi. I'm new to this forum and hope I can get some guidance in the design and acquisition of a system to power a sprinkler system. I've reached out to several local businesses and websites and have not gotten a single response. Here is an overview of what I'm trying to do...
Sprinkler control unit input requirements: 120VAC, 0.3 amps, idle draw is 0.06 amps
Looking to install a pv panel, charge controller, battery and DC>120VAC inverter. The PV panel will face due west but will be shaded until early afternoon. The system will require a weather proof, wall mounted cabinet as it will be totally outdoors. I'm in northwest Ohio so the system will only operate from May - October.
I'm tired of paying the electric company over $800 a season for $4 of electricity! Any assistance, guidance or referrals would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

It sounds like you are thinking of abandoning the grid for $800? If this is correct, also keep in mind the property value may decline without a grid connection?
Maybe explain further about your "place""we go where power lines don't" Sierra Nevada mountain area

This is property is the frontage/entrance to our development and managed by the HOA. There are two electric meters in place that power only the sprinkler system. As indicated in the post $800 annual cost for $4 in actual electricity over the last season. Seems like a couple of standalone systems would pay for themselves quickly.
