Connectivity on Schneider Cloud failing

Cloud issues showing as disconnected will need to update XWpro insight home/ facility/gateway to FW 1.18.

Older XW+ and graybox should not upgrade and Schneide is aware and will fix this cloud issue, soon, I hope.    At the least, that is what I was told again today 10/7/25

    Thanks for the heads-up. The cloud disconnects make sense if the gateway is still on older firmware, so updating XW Pro systems to 1.18 should clear that up. Good to know Schneider is treating the issue on the XW+ and graybox units separately so people don’t update hardware that isn’t meant for it. Hopefully their fix for those older models rolls out soon, because the intermittent cloud visibility has been throwing a lot of systems off lately.

    On October 9 all of this was fixed BTW. It was caused by Schneider and they fixed it!  The release notes for FW state the limitations for XW+ and Greaybox XW's.

     Do not update firmware for XW or Insight unless you have a reason and have read the release notes.
    If you are offgrid, just leave it alone unless someone has been playing arround with firmware! 
    Most of the issues were when using a generator offgrid!
