SOC with Schnieder XWmppt100

Recently purchased a complete Schnieder XW6848, XWMPPT100, with BMS, AGS. I have 12 Aims 200AH AGM hooked up in series to make 48V at 600AH. 12 Aims 275KW panels hooked up in series to make 330V.

I'm getting over voltage errors W49. My SOC is dropping lower and lower. Aims recommends 58.4V absorb/bulk and 54.8V float. What are the correct settings for my system?

As you can see from the chart there is something going on at 11AM, this typically when I get the over voltage!!!! What the heck is going on????

Well, from your graph it looks like SOC isn't being communicated to control your charging source and the current doesn't seem to be reporting correctly.   I don't see how you can actually have negative current (discharge) and climbing battery voltage (charging) at the same time, unless some external charge source is present (ie not the MPPT, something like a chargeverter or grid charging??)

At 11:00 you have a large load happening (increasingly negative current) but in the time before that the voltage is climbing with no effect on current.  It's as if the current is only being monitored on the load side (XW or BMS?) and not the charging side (MPPT).  Is the MPPT communicating with the XW correctly?

Seems like a Xanbus - Device misconfiguration.  Does your setup intended to use open loop or closed loop charging?

No other faults, warnings, or events logged in history? You need to charge!  What model battery? What was the 20A load at 11 or do you know there was not a 20A load? Is the Schneider battery monitor wired correctly? The big negative in this system I see, is it must run open loop as the Soc
is not coming from the battery right?

     Good Luck!
