Both seem good, but there are differences in cost, build, and shipping costs.  But does anyone have any experience with either, good or bad.  Thanks

I tend to respect what they sell in the store here. They do not have everything but tend to keep the good gear. You should ask them.

I’ve done a bit of research. EG4 seems solid in terms of build and warranty, but SunGold 6 might have better cost per capacity if you’re scaling up. One risk is whether you’ll get good local support and parts. If I were you, I’d check recent user reviews and what happens after a couple of years.

I never offer advice on a product without hands-on experience. I will say that EG4 and Pytes are most often selected by my solar contractor customers and end users who are converting from AGM to Lithium. Typical size range is 40-50 kWh battery banks.
I always have more questions than answers. That's the nature of life.
