XW 6848 Pro still with AC2 generator Qualify issue

I have firmware 1.11.01bn49

Can anyone shed any info on whether going beyond 1.09 will fix this Qualification issue ?

It really gets me.  When any of us have to use generator IT IS AN EMERGENCY.  Having a well-known issue BLOCKING US from using perfectly good generators is beyond excusable.

hybrid: xw6848 pro with two mppt60, 6 kw pv
17 cell 280ah LiFePO4 storage  14 kw (now at 3 banks) total 40 kw
gridtie: sunny boy sma 2x 5k
gridtie: fronius ag5100 5k (only 2.5k left)

    For those who wonder.  I went from a single cylinder 7500D diesel generator that had issues.
    And bought a 3 cylinder diesel Mitsubishi L3E.  Runs 1800 rpm.
    Webpage shows AC2 at 122v/121v at 61 Hz and qualify will only pop on for 3 seconds every 30 or so.
    Worthless.
