Wattsun positioner failure

I have a Wattsun (Array technologies) AZ100 dual-axis tracker. For ~30 years its performed flawlessly. Until now. One of the positioner moves in only one direction,

I've tested with direct power, so its not the exterior wiring.
There's no attempt at all to move the panels. Nothing to suggests its trying.
The positioner is a Thomson Saginaw Performance Pak 7822344

I would appreciate suggestions on how to proceed - what should I be looking for?

    Try contacting Jeff or his son Kyle. They bought the consumer part of Array Technologies.
