Bluesun 30kw hybrid inverter

Hello guys,
I have installed 30kw solar system of the Bluesun brand, but after installation done and inspected the wiring is ok I switched the system on but displays I13 faulty code. Can you please help he on how to remove this faulty

    I have looked through the website and did not find any manuals or error code listings... I believe you will need to contact Bluesun directly for assistance....
