Rubberized tape for underwater wires non toxic

Anyone have pro well experience...which of the rubberized tapes is best for submersible well pump wires ???? hopefully the least toxic although that might be futile to some extent... I want the good stuff not no name from china..it can't be trusted..
this tape will go OVER the heat shrink tubes.....thanks

    3M C-130 Linerless Ruber Splicing tape. half wrap over lap and stretched a little while you wrap it.

    No electrical tape is water proof and must to be used above the static level of the water only.

    Wrap 3M super 33+ or super 88  over the splicing tape.
