Smart Solar Settings/Usage - Novice Questions

I know nothing about solar but live off grid with a solar system.  We have 16 320v panels, and 32 6V 220 A h Deep Cycle batteries.  The only we are in a 2100 sf mobile home, but only bulk electricity for the full-size fridge, 8 led grow tower lights that run 16 hours a day, to pilot the gas furnace, a porch light off and on between 9pm and midnight, and a couple led lights in two bedrooms.  (I am now shutting off the grow lights to save usage.  Question:  What should the settings be on my smart solar app, and why have I never been in float mode?
