auto grid power when batt is low

Hey guys i'm trying to use solar with batt bank to run my shop.  Is there any way to have it automatically switch to grid power if the batt bank gets too low?

    Many ways.  Check your owner's manual.  I have my Outback inverter on HBX,  High battery transfer.  My previous Xantrex (Schnieder) was LBX ,  Low battery transfer.
    Voltage gets to certain point, grid engages.  Voltage rises to certain point, grid dis-engages.  setpoints are programmed by you.

    Many MPPT hybrid inverter chargers(all-in-one inverter) on the market can do as you said, like auto switch to grid charging when sunlight is weak, or auto switch to grid power when battery is low.
