xw6848 selling battery power to grid

I have been talking with Schneider tech support. they cannot seem to help me get my system to do what i want it to do (and i think it was working fine, but the other day it started doing what it wanted to do, not what i want it to do)
I have a small PV array. about 6 KW on a good day. all schneider equipment, so it should be talking to each other.
i want the solar array to run my load and charge the batteries. Any extra power generated through PV panels; I would like to sell to the grid.
if my load is larger than what the PV panels put out, i want to add battery power (load shave) , so i cannot put system in enhanced grid support mode. my problem is - the xw is selling my battery power to the grid, not just the extra PV power. Any suggestions anybody

SOC 30%
Load shave 0A
