Limiting amount of Bulk Charge

Using minigrid I find that with days getting shorter and sometimes a bit overcast my batteries (3 105Ah Fortress flex 5.4) don’t get enough charge to carry the system to solar charging after sun up. Instead about an hour before the sun hits the panels the system bulk charges off grid to 100%. So when the panels kick in load is handled but batteries are fully chsrged

is there a way to limit amount of pre Dawn bulk charge so I can use panels and not grid to fully charge my batteries during the day
