3 Schneider XW+ not qualifying AC2 from Generator

I have 3 XW+, that all of a sudden will not qualify AC2 power from Gen, IF all three inverters are on. 
If I shut any one slave inverter off, (so if 1 and 2 on with 3rd off), then it works. And this is any combination. So inverter 1 and 3 with 2 off also works. We are off-grid. So we rely on the generator a lot of times, and ideally i don't want to keep shutting off one inverter everytime the generator kicks on. 

Has anyone had this issue before?

    If you cannot figure out how to get the 3 inverters to work, an alternative would be two put a time delay relay between one inverter and the Genset to sequence the AC loads.
