Xantrex GT100

Anybody know where I can find parts for an old Xantrex GT100 central inverter. I have that I think needs a IGBT and scheinder has completely washed their hands of any sort of tech support for these. Been looking everywhere for parts with no luck. Any help is appreciated

I can ask my installer buds about what they use to replace these. Drop me an e-mail. Three phase 200 amps right?

I posted a query on our network. If you checked Bills links and I do not hear something in a few days, I think you should be looking for something that is supportable. Schneider/xantrex makes a few large grid inverters but there are many brand choices out there.
