I just think that people that arent going to use it all the time, shouldnt have to pay to know the rules...being off grid, this doesnt affect me......until I want to get homeowners insurance

here in kentucky now, you cant connect to the grid without your system being NABCEP certified....so you cant install it yourself and get connected without paying a high price...and then theres the $1 million liability insurance you have to buy before you can connect

just a lot easier going off grid these days
