Inverter shuts down system

• HELP I have set up two 100 watt solar panels in parallel, running into a 30 watt control box using one 12 v deep cel sealed battery with attached 1100 watt inverter. everything charges well. Battery at 100% and about 13.5 volts when I turn on the inverter the whole system shuts down. What’s happening here?
