Solar and grid connection

See this diagram, Grid and power from solar is connected as in diagram. If this connection is like this from where will be the load taken from the grid or from solar.

    I believe your schematic is mislabeled. PV Service disconnect should read Inverter Service disconnect. You are also missing the PV Input to the inverter, which in my opinion would make the schematic correct.

    I would also add that for a system as large as yours and the questions you are asking, you really should have an electrical engineer involved, This system is way too large for DIY.. in my opinion.

    Do not use the above schematic for connecting a standard off grid capable AC inverter. You will have smoke and possibly fire from your, now trashed. AC inverter.

    Here is a wiring diagram with an AC OF grid inverter that contains its own transfer switch:
