The controller works fine but when hooking up remote meter (rm-1) the meter boots up no errors logged and I get backlight amp hr production but no voltages for array and batt also no other amp readings. local and remote temp sensors are also indicated. tried 2 different rj11 cables and of course rebooting the controller. running v 1,10 anyone have any idea whats up with this?

There was a firmware update on the 19th of January this year to V14.
Another possibility is the remote meter is installed incorrectly.
Check all connections again. -
morningstar is sending meter with updated firmware and a mailer for the old one awsome tech support
