Conduit fill and PV circuits

Just to review, when counting current carrying conductors in conduit with PV, DC strings, both wires are counted as CCC. Seems like a definite YES to me. 

Also, when sizing conduit for fill, all conductors are counted in regards to the 40% fill rule for over 3 conductors. Correct?

    As I understand code (which is not very much)--Yes, all conductors are counted as if they are carrying current when calculating fill.

    Bumping "discussion" in case somebody who knows more than I can add information.
