6 strings of batteries in parallel requires bus bars. There is no (practical) way to get the wire resistance the same for each string without bus bars. It is especially important to get the wiring right with AGM batteries because they have very low internal resistance, which makes the wire resistance relatively more important.
On the other hand, even with perfect wiring, 6 strings will be an unstable system that requires a lot of attention... get a DC clamp ammeter!
