Personally I think it's a scam. It goes back to the conservation of energy, and the fact that they sell the PLANS, not the completed device. If it doesn't work they'll just tell you you didn't build it right.

Yes, it is a scam... Folks here sometimes post links to "free power" sites for a laugh. In this case, inflation is hitting the scammers too.
