Need help sizing large system

I have a client building a small hotel in the jungle of Nicaragua. He needs a solar off grid system and I could use some help designing it. A consumption survey tells us they will use 30 kwhr/day. The peak load should be around 4000 watts and want to use a generator to supplement power when needed.
