Whizbang question

I received my new Whizbang desulphator. As per their simple instructions I attached it to the first of my deep cycle bats that I store in my basement during the winter and keep them charged via a simple trickle charger. I emailed them at their alledged email addy and it bounced.

My question to them, and now you, is do I have to keep my trickle charger attached to the bat while the desulphator is attached?

    If your battery has heavy lead sulfate deposits,
    "dead", it is recommended to use a small trickle style charger in the 1-2
    amp range when in the recovery phase (the first 2-3 weeks).

    so....probably Yes...
