I know some of you dont like theses plug and play grid tie inverter. Well i just finished my solar system. I have no problems recharging the batteries. But after recharging i still have lots of power still coming in and i would like to get a grid tie inverter that when i have access power i can us it throughtout my home during the day when sun is out. So have a couple of questions?

1. What type of grid tie would you recommend?
2. How would you wire it so at night time i dont use battery power and drain my batteries? Would like to only use access power during day.

Look at some of the grid interactive inverters. I doubt if anyone is going to advise you to break the law using one of those things but the obvious answer would be unplug it at night.
