Hi all ,
my phoenix inverter 24 v 3000w displays OVERLOAD and TEMPERATURE while any charge is connected ,
help for this case ;

    Welcome Sengh, it would be helpful if you could describe your systems components and how you are charging the system?

    Is this your inverter?

    If the inverter is good, it sounds like an AC generator is connected to the AC output of the inverter instead of the AC input of the inverter. Or there is a short circuit on the AC output.

    Have you measured the DC input voltage on the Inverter?

    More details would be helpful. How is the inverter connected to the battery bank? Did it used to work? Generator connected/running? Etc.

    the inverter is connected on 24 V batterie only ; no charge connected , the LED inverter ON , LED TEMPERATURE , LED OVERLOAD are blinking ;

    Inverters do fail... If you know somebody with electrical experience (or a TV repair company you trust)--Perhaps they can help. Otherwise, many times when the power transistors (FETs) fail, they take out the drive circuitry too (or the drive circuitry fails, and causes the power transistors to fail).

    Make sure you use a volt meter to measure the DC Battery voltage at the input of the inverter. Too low or too high of voltage (usually around 21 to 30 volts (I would suggest that 24 to 30 volts is normal voltage range). Loose/corroded cable connections can cause inverters to stop working too. As can "dead batteries" or dead cells too.

    Did it ever work correctly?
