Can anyone suggest a site that has reviewed these panels?
All I have been able to find is (are) sellers sites and a lot of listings on Ebay...

Thanks
Eric

For your remote cabin, its a great choice ... buy direct from the importer ... www.sunelec.com ( they are in Miami Florida ). I know these people and there honest and give the best deals on panels ... anywhere. Keep in mind the Sun 170, is just a Evergreen 170 watt , "B" grade ( cosmetic imprefections ) , its MC cables and can't be easily changed to 12V as the junction box is filled with some type of sealant.

The ONLY downside is they do not have a UL listing, otherwise, they are 100% Evergreen Solar seconds, from Germany and just get a Sun Electronics sticker slapped on it by Evergreens Factory

Interestingly, our local Solar store has some Evergreen panels for $45 Cdn more than the Sun panels. They are sitting on the store floor as we read... A better deal? I am thinking they are for the minimal price difference.

Heck yes, if you can get them local, the 45 Cdn is LESS than shipping from SunElec.

    Currently, the Sun170's are 2.85 US/ watt ...
