Torque Wrench recommendation

I'm looking for recommendation for a small 1/4" drive torque wrench in the 10 - 200 inch-pound range, suitable for electrical terminals - both nut and screw.

Any tool stand out as a good value?

    A gunsmithing tool like this one at amazon does the job. There are other brands available in gunsmithing tools. I've used one for years for all sorts of small screws.
