xw6048 f01 error and only work with grid-tie mode only

hi
i am a xw6048 with 690ah 48 v system and 6kw panel. setup grid
my issue is when the grid does down the xw6048 show a f01 error and off grid mode come in and out

    You probably already know this. They list F1 and F2 together, It may have something to do with a leg imbalance.

    F1 error AC Output Under Voltage

    AC under-voltage shutdown at 210 V. The inverter has shut down to protect the loads.

    Clear the fault and attempt restart. If problem persists, call customer service.

    You might test it by dropping the AC loads and see if it still faults.
