Axitec panels

Is there any information about Axitec panels, a German company? A local installer will sell panels which will avoid shipping costs. Here is the data on the panels:

Nominal output nominal voltage nominal current short circuit open circuit efficiency

on 255W panel 255Wp 31.56V 8.10A 8.7A 38.20V 15.67%

300W panel 300Wp 36.73V 8.18A 8.71A 45.48V 15.46%

The 255W is $0.91/watt; the 300W is $0.94W

This seems like a good purchase to me, but I'd feel better to have that confirmed. As a "newbie," sometimes everything looks good. :-) Looks like I can't get the columns to line up after I submit it.
1st system:  24Vsystem with 8 X 300W panels, Midnite Solar combiner box, Midnite Solar mini-dc disconnect, Midnite Solar Classic 150, Outback VFX 3524 with mate, 2 X 12V  fforklift batteries in series 938 aH,  (Outback PSX transformer, Honda EU3000is...not currently hooked up but available if/when needed)

2nd system:  24V system with 4 X 310W panels, Midnite Solar combiner box, Midnite Solar mini-dc disconnect, Midnite Solar Classic 200, Cotek 1500W pure sine inverter, Trojan 125 batteries (8 available but "currently" using 4)

Axitec is an excellent German panel, we use them quite a lot here in Jamaica. Excellent workmanship and they offer a 12yr workmanship warranty instead of the usual 10.

I don't have them in my personal system, but I know of people that do and they are very pleased with the production.

In terms of hard numbers, I know of a business with 12 x Axitec AC-250M/156-60S modules connected to an Aurora PVI 4.2 Grid-tie inverter. I have seen 12-16KWH/day production by 1pm which is when I usually visit there. But remember this is the caribbean, where we have a lot of good sunlight.
