100 watts & 130 watts together?

I have some 100 watts panels, bought locally. I recently went back and wanted to buy more of them, but they were out of stock and had no idea when they would get more panels in. So, the next closest one they had was 130 watts. I seem to have forgotten what the rule was on wiring panels together, and how close they had to be in parameters?

Basically, I would like to know if it would be safe to wire these in parallel?

Also, what is the general rule of thumb, regarding wiring panels of different sizes, together?

Here are the specs on each panel:

Thanks in advance,

One is Vmp 18.5 the other Vmp 17.5. One Volt different. You could use them in parallel with no problem.

Sorry. I'm tired. Been awake all night. I meant in parallel.
